Το έγγραφο της φωτογραφίας παρουσιάζεται στον πλοίαρχο κάθε πλοίου, πριν την αναχώρηση από κάθε λιμάνι της Αργεντινής το οποίο υποχρεούται να υπογράψει και να συμμορφωθεί!

MALVINAS AFFIDAVIT

I, the undersigned Master do hereby declare under oath, that according to Decree No. 256/2010 of the National Executive the ship named, ……… etc. will not make a voyage, which may include as a port of destination or port of call any of the ports situated in islas Malvinas*, Georgias del Sur, Sandwich del Sur, or call at exploration/explotation platforms off shore in operating on the Argentine continental without permission granted by the competent Argentine authorities.
